Hi wroud,
This is the German Apple Support Community, which normally only serves questions in German.
First of all you should consider, if buying an iPad here in Germany is really worth the trouble. If you live in a domestic country and you are returning there, you probably need to pay tax and import fees for this iPad, which means it is often more expansive than buying it there in the first place. And you should also consider the consumer rights side. Here in Germany you have consumer rights that can only be executed at the dealer here in Germany. Maybe your country also has stuff like that.
Now on to your questions:
- True, the iPad mini doesn’t come with a charger in the box. You can use every USB-C charger to charge your iPad.
- This is typically 14 days after you received the iPad.
Regards
Tobias
